CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service price.
No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service price.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect my business and ensure availability for all clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
LATE ARRIVALS - Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will receive a shortened service while being charged the full original service cost. This policy helps me maintain my schedule and respect the time of all clients throughout the day.
Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible experience for you and subsequent clients. There is allocated salon parking right outside.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
To maintain a relaxing and serene environment for all clients, I kindly request that you attend your appointment alone. This includes refraining from bringing children and babies. I operate from a small space, and accommodating additional guests can disrupt the atmosphere and experience for everyone.
I will always prioritize hair health; meaning it may take more than one session to achieve your hair goals.
If your hair goals do not fall within my specialty, I may refer you to another stylist.
I only guarantee the longevity of your hair colour with the use of the hair products recommended to you at your appointment.
Late-night appointments are charged at a peak-time price.

All data gathered on the new-client intake form and the online booking tool is for sole use of Pretty Painted Manes and will not be used by, or sold to any third party companies. All information shared is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the customer the highest quality service and will not be used for any other purpose.
